Madras Government (Superintendent for Epigraphy, Southern Circle), Annual Report on South-Indian Epigraphy for the Year ending 31st March 1927↗ (opens in a new tab), 1928, frontispiece (PDF p. 123); text p. 117 The report (p. 117) says Govinda-Dikshita was minister of the Thanjavur Nayakas Achyuta and Raghunatha and had his headquarters at Pattisvaram, where a life-size statue "said to be that of Govinda-Dikshita" and one of his wife stand in the Amman shrine; the head of his statue had broken and been fixed back with cement. Pattisvaram is outside the Telugu lands; the site's Nayaka kingdoms page names Govinda Dikshita as minister of Achyutappa and Raghunatha. Levels stretched because the print is faded.
